Abstract:
This memorandum provides an in-depth description of the JNR-ITScam dataset. NTIA - ITS conducted this video quality subjective test in support of the ITU-T Study Group 12 Question 19 validation of no reference (NR) metrics. The videos portray various camera capture impairments produced by high-performance cameras and consumer-grade mini cameras in late 2025.
