Abstract: HF radio propagation predictions are calculated for Voice of America circuits using the OT/ITS prediction program. Some of the parameter s given are maximum usable frequency (MUF), the optimum traffic frequency (FOT), the lowest useful frequency (LUF), available signal-to-noise ratio (S/N), and circuit reliability.
