Abstract: The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) is responsible for managing the Federal Government's use of the radio spectrum. In discharging this responsibility, NTIA funds the Institute for Telecommunication Sciences (ITS) radio spectrum measurement system to collect data for spectrum utilization assessments. This report details such a data collection effort spanning all of the spectrum for 108 MHz to 19.7 GHz in the metropolitan area of San Francisco, California, during May and June 1995.
