Abstract: The sole purpose of this publication is to provide the public with a list of existing computer aids for the evaluation of radio systems which operate in any part of the radio spectrum. Consequently, neither the Department of Commerce (DoC), nor the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) approves of, recommends, or endorses any particular proprietary product or service mentioned in this publication. Accordingly, no reference should be made to NTIA, DOC, or this publication that (1) implies or states the contrary, or (2) has as its purpose the recommendation, directly or indirectly, for the purchase of any particular proprietary product or service listed in this publication.
