doi: 10.1109/MSP.2013.2292535Margaret H. Pinson; Lucjan Janowski; Zdzislaw Papir

This tutorial assumes no prior knowledge and focuses on proven techniques.
Keywords: subjective testing; video quality assessment; video signal processing; quality of experience (QoE)
