NETWORK: A User-Oriented, Interactive, Station-Siting Program for NOAA VHF Weather Radio

Abstract: NETWORK is an interactive computer program designed to help the National Weather Service expand the NOAA Weather Radio Network to obtain the desired coverage at minimum spectrum usage. For each active station, areas of predicted service and co-channel interference are calculated by NETWORK. This manual describes how to use the NETWORK program as well as the propagation prediction methods that it uses.
